Anna Ludwig

Yoga Instructor

Anna has always had a passion for wellbeing and has been developing and learning about fitness, nutrition and the human body since she graduated in Personal Training in 2007.

Working 10 years in fitness industry she has realised that we are so much more than physical body and started searching the holistic way of treating it and developing the mindful practice. Anna found Ashtanga in 2017 and fell in love with the practice from the very first class. She has then completed 500 hrs Teachers Training in India in Ashtanga/ Vinyasa style and has never stopped her daily practice and learning about yoga.

Anna travels to India each year to deepen her knowledge of yoga and has attended several workshops across Europe with world class Ashtanga teachers to understand the method of this practice. She has also spent a season as an assistant teacher on 200 hrs Ashtanga training in 2019, teaching students to become yoga teachers.

Through practicing yoga, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle herself, Anna has learnt how important it is to listen to what the body really needs and finding balance is the key to a strong body and mind. Anna wants to welcome everyone in her classes and make Ashtanga accessible to every student. She wants her students to feel safe during their practice and to emphasise the importance of learning fundamental poses and alignments and encourage them to moderate, explore, grow, and try the best each time. But mostly, Anna would love her students to apply principles of yoga in daily life and find more peace, joy, and healing on and off the mat.
