Naomi initially started practising yoga to help alleviate back pain. However, the wider benefits of yoga, beyond the physical, helped her manage and move past stress, anxiety and depression. From this place Naomi became passionate about sharing the many tools yoga has to offer us.

Naomi has been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and teaching for 6 years.

Naomi teaches a variety of styles of Yoga to include: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, SUP Yoga. Naomi’s teaching has also been heavily influenced by her trainings within Conscious Breathwork.

Naomi has been fortunate enough to study with some incredible teachers within India, Bali & UK to give her a unique blend of eastern and western philosophies.

Naomi aim’s for everyone to leave her classes feeling lighter, brighter & freer.
