About The Therapies:
Deep tissue massage: focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, lower back tightness and sore shoulders.
Relaxation massage: this is all about relaxing and focuses on giving the client time to recover from the stresses of daily life. As with any kind of massage, the benefits of a relaxation massage can last for several days after your treatment.
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage: combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath-work and yoga stretching. Similar to Thai massage, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is performed on a mat allowing for a full range of stretching. In addition; the deep tissue massage dissolves physical tension, while the assisted stretches and breath exercises realign the body and stimulate the natural flow of energy.
Full Body Holistic Massage: holistic therapy treats the body as a “whole”, which means that not only will a massage treatment pamper your physical body but it will also establish internal and external problems and provide an effective method of rebalancing. Holistic massage is a therapeutic application of touch that is also a supportive, relaxing treatment that encourages the mind to slow down whilst energy is increased. This treatment also lifts the spirit on an emotional level.
